Vinery Stud today announced their 2015 service fees with eleven stallions on their roster headed by former Champion 2yo sire More Than Ready.

Renowned the world over, More Than Ready averaged $320,000 at the recent Inglis Easter Sale with yearlings selling to Shadai, Spendthrift, Shadwell, Sun International, China Horse Club, HKJC, Team Hawkes, and Gai Waterhouse etc. Sire of Golden Slipper, Blue Diamond and Magic Millions Classic winners and the sire of 5 individual Australian bred Stakes 2yo’s this season, More Than Ready remains at $66,000 inc GST.

All Too Hard has had a brilliant start to his career covering over 350 mares in his first two books inc 40 Group 1 winning or producing mares such as Makybe Diva, Polar Success, Sacred Choice, Samaready, Snitzerland and the dams of Chautauqua, Mossfun, Hucklebuck, Zoustar, Happy Trails, Savabeel, etc. Mares in foal to him averaged $352,000 at the 2014 Magic Millions National Sale. All Too Hard will stand at $55,000 inc GST this season with his first crop weanlings to enter the ring this year.

Progeny of evergreen sire Mossman have continued their sire’s amazing success. The Champion Australian 2YO sire of last year with Golden Slipper winner Mossfun, Mossman has already notched another Group 1 this season with Plucky Belle in the Coolmore Classic. Mossman will remain at $27,500 inc GST.

Testa Rossa has had a great year, an ever-reliable sire of 51 Stakes winners Testa Rossa remained a popular choice with buyers selling to $280k (Inglis Easter) and $220k (Magic Millions). A prolific producer of winners with a phenomenal 73% w/r strike-rate Testa Rossa will stand at $19,800 inc GST.

By a Champion Sire, Casino Prince was Australian Champion first-season sire of his year and has already sired an Australian Champion. An all round proven producer with over 70% w/r from his first two crops, Casino Prince is fast becoming one of the country’s most prolific stallions. Casino Prince broke through the 100 wins barrier at Easter and is the sire of Hooked (G2 Moonee Valley) and Phrases (LR Randwick) this season. Standing at $13,200 inc GST Casino Prince has few peers.

A great outcross, Husson’s star is certainly rising with the undefeated Group One winner quickly siring a Gr.1 winner in first crop son Lucky Hussler (Manikato S Gr.1). One of the best-value stallions in the Hunter Valley with yearlings averaged $282,500 at Inglis Easter, and has sold yearlings for $325,000, $200,000, $180,000, $170,000, $165,000 et al. A Gr.1 producer Husson will stand for $13,200 in 2015.

International sire’s Congrats and Big Brown return with some big recent results. A Former Champion First Season sire in USA, Congrats popularity has never wavered covering full books in his first three southern seasons (410 mares) whilst Kentucky Derby winner Big Brown has already notched Stakes winners here with Neverland and whose unbeaten colt Dortmund is pre-post favourite for 2015 Kentucky Derby and his filly Puca is heading for the Kentucky Oaks. Their fees represent great value at $19,800 inc GST for Congrats and $8,800 inc GST for Big Brown.

The explosive Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner and More Than Ready look-a-like Pluck has made an immediate impact with his first crop selling to $100k. Following in his sire’s footsteps, Pluck averaged almost 6 times service fee ($61k for his first yearling offering) at Magic Millions, a sale which saw More Than Ready average $61,500 with his first yearlings prior to being crowned Champion First Season sire. A likely source of 2yo speed, Pluck has a large crop of rising 2yo thanks to a full book of 150 in his first season. Book in early, Pluck will stand for $9,900 inc GST this season.

Young sire Myboycharlie had a stellar 2014 siring Group 1 winners in both hemispheres with Peggy Jean and Euro Charline and has already uncovered his next star with G2 VRC Sires’ Produce winner Jameka this year. Myboycharlie has sired a Gr.1 or Gr.2 winner in each Southern Hemisphere crops (aver 34 runners) with this early success resulting in his biggest crop of 149 foals due to race as 2YOs next season. The future is extremely bright for Myboycharlie who will stand for $11,000 inc GST.

Onemorenomore is a Top 5 Australian second-season sire whose stock is now coming to hand en masse. A winner of the G1 Champagne Stakes over a mile Onemorenomore has sired 9 winners in the last month alone and produced his first Stakes winner in the Spring with first crop 3yo Onemorezeta taking the G3 Heritage Stakes and will stand for $6,600 inc GST.
