ONEMORENOMORE filly Onemorezeta kicked off her new campaign with a brilliant 2.5-lens all-the-way win at Muswellbrook on Sunday in super slick time.
The Kris Lees-trained 3YO was having her first start since an eventful debut at Cessnock back in March when she bucked at the start and essentially took no part.
Thankfully on Sunday the ‘real’ Onemorezeta stood up blazing across the 1000m in 57.21s with a 33.2s last 600m.
Onemorezeta is from the first crop of Vinery resident and G1 2YO Onemorenmore.
Her dam, Little Zeta, is a daughter of Commands and a close relation to More Than Ready’s son, More Than Great who narrowly beat So You Think (in track record time) in the Listed AJC Ming Dynasty Handicap (1400m) with Onemorenomore in fourth place.
Onemorenomore’s oldest progeny turned three on August 1 and include the highly promising NZ filly Purcentage who was stakes placed at her second start having won her Avondale debut by a big space immediately prior.
