The second impressive Onemorenomore offered at Karaka was knocked down to NZB as Agent yesterday for NZ$80,000, well above the Sale day average of NZ$44,944.

The bay colt, Lot 645, by Red Ransom’s Gr.1 2yo Onemorenomore was offered by Henley Park in Cambridge and proved very popular selling well.

The colt is the only Onemorenomore in the Select Session and one of only two to have crossed the Tasman to sell at Karaka.  The other being, Lot 364 which fetched NZ$250,000 to the bid of Graeme Richardson and superceded the A$200,000 previous highest-priced paid for a first crop Onemorenomore yearling achieved at last month’s Magic Millions Sale on the Gold Coast.

Lot 645 is out of an unraced Canny Lad mare Goldess, herself a full sister to Stakes winner Small Minds and half sister to Marwina Gold.

There are 8 Onemorenomore yearlings in the Melbourne Premier Sale and another 15 accepted for the Inglis Easter Sale.
