TRAINER Gerald Ryan is undecided whether Mossman colt Dothraki will take his place in the field for next month’s $2m Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m) despite the Mossman youngster’s win at Canterbury on Saturday.

Ironically, the Baramul Stud bred Dothraki ($6 into $3.50) won his Magic Millions berth at the expense of Aussies Love Sport who is part-owned by Gerry Harvey, in a thrilling conclusion to the ATC Membership On Sale Plate (1200m).

“This is his first preparation so I’ll let him tell us what to do next. I don’t have to make up my mind about the Magic Millions until next Saturday,” Ryan said.

“Its good to see him win because we have a good opinion of the colt.

“From what he has shown us on the track, he should be coming here and winning these races very easily. But he did prick his ears in the straight, thinking he had done his job and was almost idling down.”

DOTHRAKI`s dam, Volantis delivered a Big Brown colt in September 2011.
