KENTUCKY-bred 3YO Miss Lucky Sevens can deliver Big Brown and his supporters a late Christmas present should she be able to win the Grade 1 La Brea Stakes (1400m) at Santa Anita on Boxing Day.

The chestnut filly has raced 9 times so far for 2 wins and 3 placings and was first past the post in the dramatic `no-race’ at Arlington earlier on in her career when she and several of the field crashed through the running rail – thankfully, with no injuries sustained.

A win or placing by Miss Lucky Sevens this Thursday would be timely given that the Magic Millions Yearling Sale in fast approaching.

Big Brown has 20 yearlings headed to the Jan 8 -12 auction including the first foal of former crack Queensland mare Chakvedatze as well half relations to ATC Australian Oaks winner Royal Descent and Golden Slipper winner Polar Success.
