JUST a day after Ortensia’s breakthrough win the Winterbottom Stakes, Testa Rossa added another new stakeswinner to his tally when Australian-bred galloper Fox Command took out the Perak Coronation Cup ((1600m – Sing G1) in Malaysia.
Fox Command is a five-year-old gelding bred by Lindsay Park and prominent SA identities Paul Dveitt and Les Gordon.
As a younger horse, Fox Command raced in Australia as Tribulus record multiple placings at venues such as Flemington, Moonee Valley and back home in Adelaide before changing hands and developing in Malaysia.
Tribulus is out of Anabaa mare, Energy Source, herself a grand daughter of multiple Group 3 winner, Dewanadance (USA).
Fox Command is the 39th individual stakeswinner sired by Testa Rossa who also boasts a remarkable record of over 70% winners to runner’s.
