The pair, Oligarch and Sansannah, also illustrated Congrat’s reach in the State winning on opposite sides of the continent – one at California’s Santa Anita racecourse, the other at the famed Belmont Park in New York.
Congrats has also shown an incredible level of potency in terms of winners to runners with a strike rate of 76.4 percent.
