PROMISING Excites 2YO Stimulatte will be out to keep his unbeaten record intact when he contests the SAJC Resourceco Handicap (1300m) at Morphettville Parks in Adelaide tomorrow.
The Gordon Richards trained youngster turned in a dazzling debut win at Gawler on May 15 coming grom off the speed to score a thoroughly emphatic 4-lens win.
A cleverly named gelding, Stimulatte is out of a mare named Caffe Francais, herself a daughter of Whipped (ex Cream).
Stimulatte carries a rare 3 X 3 double cross of former Vinery Stud stallion Success Express, one of those via Excites’ million dollar dam and blue hen producer Staging.
“Excites is having a great year with his 2YO’s.” notes Vinery’s Conor Phelan.
“Sweet Serendipity was a brilliant winner in the Scone Inglis Challenge here last week and of course Excites Zelady won the Group 3 SAJC Breeders’ Stakes last month and Scream Machine the Wagga Cup.”
