Press Statement - A Serious Racehorse
From day 1 Chris Waller expected big things from Press Statement. After his 2yo win in the J.J. Atkins Gr.1 jockey Tye Angland described him as a "Superstar" and Chris declared he was "a very special horse." In his 11 starts he amassed over $1.8million in prizemoney, and claimed two Gr.1 wins, two Gr.2 wins and two more Gr.1 placings. He retired sound in 2016 and covered a full book in his first two years at stud.
