ONEMORENOMORE colt No More Emotions stepped out for the first time in public last Monday to win his 808m heat at the Rosehill barrier trials.

The Bjorn Baker trained 2YO shared the lead with one other in the heat before being ridden clear over the 200m to beat Charming Lad with stablemate Flick Pass back in third spot.

No More Emotions is among the first crop of Vinery stallion Onemorenomore who is the only G1 winning 2YO son of Red Ransom who now has 2yo trials winners on either side of the Tasman with a burgeoning group of pre-Christmas 2yo’s.

His dam, True Emotions, is by Giant’s Causeway who also happens to be the broodmare sire of Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Dirt favourite, Verrazano (by More Than Ready).

Onemorenomore has proven to be an incredibly popular stallion with both breeders and buyers covering large book of quality mares.

His early offspring sold for up to $200,000 as weanlings and were some of the most popular of any first season sire’s progeny at the major yearlings sales in Australia and New Zealand throughout 2013.
