TRAINER Bjorn Baker will unveil a potential Princess Series candidate in the shape of spectacularly well-bred More Than Ready filly Killcareless who makes her debut at Rosehill this weekend in the Forum Group Handicap (1200m).

Owned by John Singleton, Killcareless has signalled her ability with not one but two outstanding trial wins in brilliant time at Warwick Farm and Rosehill.

“She’s a nice filly and her two trials have been excellent,” Baker told Sportsman.

“She is push-button and she relaxes, she has a good temperament and she seems to do everything well.”

Killcareless faces a difficult task on debut against 2012 Magic Millions sale topper Bull Point and Baker takes heart from the 5kg difference in the weights but concedes until she races he’s unsure how she measures up.

“The weight is one bonus, the negative is she doesn’t have race experience,”

“You don’t know with two-year-olds, it is always a bit of a guessing game, but she has impressed me and I’d like to think possibly she could be set for some better races if she went well.”

Killcareless was sold for $250,000 at the 2012 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale.

Her third is none other than Shantha’s Choice whose foals include stakeswinners Redoute’s Choice, Platinum Scissors, Manhattan Rain, Sliding Cube and Echoes Of Heaven.

More Than Ready could easily post a race to race double for punters tomorrow with last start winner Knoydart set to contest to the Primo Smallgoods Bm80 (1400m).

The Peter Snowden trained 3yo hasn’t missed a place in his last five runs and was fourth before that in the Group 2 MRC Autumn Stakes (1400m) behind Mulaazam and the Group 1 Australian Cup quinella pair of Fiveandahalfstar and Super Cool.
