TOMORROW’S prestigious Group 3 VRC Bobbie Lewis Quality (1200m) is dominated by Vinery stallion Testa Rossa who has three serious contenders in the feature.

Leading the way for the 6-times Group 1 winner (half of them at Flemington) is the Sydney galloper Fontelina who is familiar with the `straight six’ having won the Group 2 VRC Salinger Stakes first-up in the spring.

Talented Caulfield sprinter/miler Speediness ran a tremendous race in last year’s Bobbie Lewis to be beaten just 3.3-lens while another of the Victorians, Jolie Blonde, must be given a chance on her dominant Hareeba Stakes win at her home track at Mornington in February.

Testa Rossa, as always, is represented by progeny nation-wide including at Randwick via Group 2 Furious Stakes hopeful Twilight Royale and the Chris Waller-trained Heart Testa who resumes in the final race on the card.
