His stakes placed performers are led by Pane In The Glass who, together with More Than Ready miss Elite Falls and Mosheen are the highest rated 2yo filly’s on the ANZ Bloodstock Ratings 2YO Classifications in ’10/11.

Another of Testa Rossa’s younger brigade is 3YO Speediness who has finished runner-up in both the Gosford and Scone Guineas.

”Testa Rossa has always been a consistent and prolific sire,” says Vinery’s Conor Phelan.

”His progeny are notoriously tough horses who gets two-year-olds, some of whom are still winning races at six and seven.

”As well as that, Testa Rossa has had another good year in the sale ring, he’s a real ‘trainer’s horse’ and it’s a reputation well earned.”
