DUBLEO 3YO Hot Hit made it three wins from four career starts with a rampaging 5.8-lens victory at Tamworth on Tuesday.

The Mark Mason trained local was sent out a 2’s on in the old language and won accordingly.

Ridden by the master Robert Thompson (again), Hot Hit led throughout to set up another titanic win.

Hot Hit broke his maiden at Scone first-up on August 2 by 7.3-lens and has now won over $40,000 prviding a fabulous return on trainer Mason’s initial outlay.

Hot Hit is the second foal of the Marscay grand-daughter Alamren whose first – Hot Diggity – is also a Dubleo chestnut.

On top of that, Hot Diggity is a stablemate to Hot Hit at Tamworth and has won 4 times in 9 starts with 4 placings.
