CONSISTENCY rarely goes unrewarded in sport and it was no different when Ron Quinton’s honest mare Ofcourseican broke through for her first stakes win in today’s ATC Aspiration Quality (1200m) at Warwick Farm.

In doing so she delivered a Stakes double  on the Randwick Guineas card for Vinery stallion Mossman with 3YO colt Agister winning the Eskimo Prince in race record time earlier in the day.

“It was a great day for Mossman and the connections of both horses who saw their respective values increase significantly as a result of their horses’ efforts,” Vinery’s Conor Phelan said.

“And it proves once again what a prolific sire Mossman is and with 15 stakeswinners now, he has taken it to a new level in terms of the quality of horse he is throwing with frequency in the time since he arrived at Vinery.
