VINERY Stud resident Excites orchestrated a two state double on the weekend with first and second crop winners Schumacher and Arousing Suspicion posting impressive wins.

Mornington galloper Arousing Suspicion was the first to score when he let down all over the top of his rivals to claim the MRC Abigkid.Com Plate (1400m) at Caulfield.

It stands to reason that the gelding is in line for his best preparation so far given that this win comes just 7-days after his easy 1.8-lens victory at his home track.

Later in the day and across in Adelaide, up and coming sprinter Schumacher took his record to 6s 3-0-3 hammering his opponents courtesy of a blistering turn of foot half way up the Morphettville Parks straight.

Schumacher is a member of Excites first crop and trained by Mark Kavanagh who would no doubt be looking for a suitable takes race for the gelding sometime during the Adelaide carnival which is about to get into full swing.
