IN-FORM Excites son Red Excitement is staring down the prospect of a hat-trick of wins when he lines-up in the ATC Eatability Handicap (1600m) at Randwick this weekend.

The 4YO gelding has ben an unstoppable force this campaign with consecutive wins at HQ and Rosehill against study opposition including a last start win over Villiers runner-up Limes one week ago.

Red Excitement’s efforts have seen his earnings balloon out to over $420,000 for connections including Glenn and Viive Williams of Karuta Queen fame who purchased the horse for just $32,500 at the 2011 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale in Sydney.

The Gerald Ryan trained gelding has a strong Vinery flavour to his make-up being out of a mare by the Stud’s foundation sire, Red Ransom.

Red Excitement is not the only Excites running hot with Sistine Demon winning his last 5 on end in Victoria and building an impressive career record of 6 wins and 3 placings from only 13 starts and ever increasing prizemoney of $204,310. The Listed Kilmore Cup is Sistine Demon’s next likely goal.
