ONEMORENOMORE gelding Onemoretenmore picked up a handy $5000 BOBS cheque to top up the $8000 first prize-money when he took out the Lysaght Maiden Plate (1315m) at Coffs Harbour on Friday.

The locally-trained 3YO was midfield to the bend giving the leader four to five lengths passing the 350m but looked to be full of running.

Onemorenoten dived in between horses inside the final furling to reel in the leader and prevail in what was an impressive and determined victory.

Trained on the track by Trevor Hardy, Onemoretenmore is the 8th first crop winner for his Champagne Stakes winning sire alongside the like of boom NZ filly, the stakes-placed Purcentage (Karaka 2013, $250,000 yearling) and highly touted WA 3YO Tonto who is one of the fancies for next month’s $400,000 Group 3 W.A Guineas.

Onemoretenmore is out of a Secret Savings half-sister to three stakes-winning mares namely Diamond Drille (G1 Queen Of The Turf), Madame Pedrille (Listed Nivision) and M’Lady Pedreille (Listed Reginald Allen).

This is also the family of Chelmsford Stakes winner O’Lonhro and G3 winner I Am Invincible.
