A MORE Than Ready filly out of Auckland Cup runner-up Galway Lass sold for $150,000 at yesterday’s opening day of the 2010 National Weanling sale on the Gold Coast.
The bay or brown filly was one of 19 lots that made up the Stratheden Stud Dispersal sale which realised over $950,000.
The filly was bought by Graeme Gathercole.
Her dam has produced two stakes performers, namely Outdo who won the Anzac Day Stakes at Flemington and Miraculous Miss who placed second behind Black Caviar in the MVRC William Crockett Stakes.
