More Than Ready filly Entisaar has been quoted an even-money favourite for the G3 Pretty Polly Stakes (1100m) in South Africa this Saturday.

Champion trainer Mike de Kock, who is in Dubai with a big team for the World Cup meeting, has stepped his Australian bred two year-old straight up to Group company after a debut victory in the LR Ruffian Stakes (1000m) down the same straight course at Turffontein on March 7.

Entisaar (2f More Than Ready – Purrpurrlena by Catbird) was a $300,000 buy for Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid from the Vinery Stud draft at the 2014 Inglis Easter yearling sale.  She was bred by Vinery partner Alan Green and her dam won four races and was also runner-up in a G3 Newcastle Newmarket. Purrpurrlena is from the Stakes winning mare Magdalena.

Entisaar is Purrpurrlena’s first foal. Purrpurrlena now has a yearling full sister to Entisaar, a weanling colt by Congrats and is in foal to All Too Hard.

More Than Ready is also represented by Readytogorightnow in the G1 Horse Chestnut Stakes at Turffontein this Saturday. A close relation to More Than Ready’s champion mare More Joyous, he has won 6 times in 19 starts for part-owner Hassen Adams and trainer Justin Snaith.

The Adams and Snaith team have already tasted Group 1 glory with More Than Ready through 2012 Queen’s Plate winner Gimmethegreenlight, who is now a sire in South Africa.
