MOSSMAN son Love Conquers All’s second placing in yesterday’s Group 1 Doncaster Mile saw his earnings break the $1 million barrier and give his future stallion potential another solid boost.

The four-year-old has finished runner-up in four of his five starts this autumn with consecutive Group 1 placings in the George Ryder and Doncaster which followed an outstanding effort in the Canterbury Stakes where he chased home More Joyous.

Love Conquers All is a multiple stakeswinner having won the Group 3 AJC Missile Stakes and Listed June Stakes beating Hay List.

”Love Conquers All was a high priced Mossman yearling making $400,000 at the Magic Millions,” Vinery’s Adam White said.

”His dam, She’s A Meanie, was a Group 1 winner herself and has now thrown two stakeswinners.

”The horse has earned black-type in all three states on the eastern seaboard so he has broad appeal.

”I think the best thing about the horse could be is that he is a genuine 100 percent outcross – no Northern Dancer, no Mr Prospector, no Star Kingdom, that is very rare.

”Apart from that, he is a very tough, sound horse and they are the types of stallions breeders like to breed to.  He is a typically tough Mossman”
