TWO of Excites’ second and third crop stars will be in action this weekend kicking off with the exciting youngtser Sweet Serendipity from the Jason Coye stable.

The youngster burst onto the scene with a dashing all the way win in the rich Scone Inglis 2YO Challenge (1100m) on May 17 pocketing $82,850 for his connections.

Sweet Serendipity travels to Randwick tomorrow to tackle the Mounties Group Plate (1200m) against a small but select team of juveniles.

Later in the day at Eagle Farm, Excites 3YO Arousing Suspicion will contest the Group 1 Queensland Derby (2500m).

The Paul Rocke trained gelding’s classic quest was topped off with a solid 4.1-lens 5th of 15 in the Group 3 Grand Prix Stakes (2200m).
