DANEHILL son Bel Danoro can kick start his career on the ultimate high if his debut 2yo runner Chubby Chipmunk can win tomorrow’s annual Romantic Dream Plate at Tamworth.

The 1000m feature is one of the first two-year-old race’s run each year in Australia preceding both the Breeders’ Plate and Gimcrack Stakes scheduled for this Saturday at Randwick.

Already a trial winner, Chubby Chipmunk is trained by Bindi Cheers who has tasted success in the race previously via iron horse Lucky Elmo who won the 2008 version by 4-lens.

Despite drawing barrier 11 of 12, the son of Bel Danoro is sure to be in commission after scoring a comfortable 1.5-lens in a Newcastle barrier trial over 800m on September 22.
