DUBLEO filly Dubleanny confirmed her potential as a future carnival contender after a comprehensive win at Flemington this afternoon.

Today’s victory was her second in as many starts at headquarters and follows her barnstorming first-up effort on Anzac day.

Dubleanny settled a little bit closer this time before unleashing a rousing burst of acceleration to power to the line two lengths clear of her nearest rival.

Dubleanny races in the familiar green and white V of Vinery Stud.

“Her first-up win was exceptional but to rise in class yet still win like that suggests that she is pretty smart,” Vinery’s Adam White said.

“If she is able to continue to improve, there could well be a good race in her. She is very exciting.”
