The upcoming BC3 Future Stars Sale features a remarkable new line up of 35 quality rising two-year-old athletes including a first crop Bel Danoro.

Of the 35 rising 2yo’s presented by the BC3 team, five are either by Vinery stallions or hand picked from a Vinery draft.  Currently in the final stages of their preparation before being presented to the public at the BC3 Preview Day, this year’s draft includes three More Than Ready progeny, an exciting first crop colt by Bel Danoro and a magnificent Vinery reared colt out of a Stakes Placed Anabaa mare, Latte.

On Sunday July 18, all 35 will gallop up the straight at Sutton Grange in Victoria. Then, they will all be put through the ring on Sunday August 22 at Inglis, Oaklands at the BC3 Future Stars sale.  A short list of Future Stars is below, for more information or a complete list of selected lots in the BC3 Catalogue click here.

“All BC3 lots will be galloping on our preview day on July 18th.  We will send out DVD’s for those unable to attend as well as uploading footage of each and every gallop to view online soon after this work,” BC3’s Chief Execute Officer Bill Vlahos said.

Of particular interest amongst the 35 selected lot’s is an impressive first crop colt by Bel Danoro.  From a half sister to Gr.1 AJC Metropolitan winner Lord Revenir, this colt will be one of the first Bel Danoro’s to be seen under tack in public.

“He has started to realise he is a racehorse,” BC3 CEO Bill Vlahos said.  “He works like he would run all day and will make a very nice three-year-old. He continues to improve at a rapid rate.
“At first, he worked lazily but not anymore and his action continues to improve and impress.”

The colt carries an even spread of both speed and stamina.  His sire accounted for Group One winners Apache Cat, El Segundo and Perfectly Ready on separate occasions winning the Bobbie Lewis and Aurie’s Star Handicap at Flemington.  Meanwhile, his dam (Rainbow Amore) is a half-sister to Lord Revenir and hails from a noteworthy NZ staying line.

Bel Danoro’s oldest progeny will turn two on August 1.
