ANOTHER KARAKA MILLION HOPEFUL FOR PERFECTLY READY

MORE Than Ready son and freshman sire Perfectly Ready has added another Karaka Million hopeful to his growing swag of 2YO’s following the win of Precise at Ellerslie at the weekend.

Precise was sent out top pick in the seven horse field despite having not been seen in any public trials.

The filly was sold at the K2 session for $58,000 on account of Brighthill Farm where Perfectly Ready stands.

Precise is out of Listed WRC Lightning Handicap stakeswinner Golden Butterfly, a daughter of Marscay son Paris Opera.

”Perfectly Ready has a half dozen 2YO’s that are well placed on the order of entry for the Karaka Million which illustrates how well his progeny are going,” Vinery’s Conor Phelan said.

”Buyers bought them in the expectation that they would be 2YO’s and likely candidates to win the Karaka Million, and at this point, everything has worked out that way.”
